We work closely with the client to analyze the category of jobs in the organization, and design job description for all categories to meet the Company’s objectives. Expected deliverable will be listed in the each job description to ensure the right employee is suited to the job tasks assigned. This will increase productivity & creates a more harmonious work environment.
We perform the job matching process to ensure the right candidate are sought for the client’s hiring needs. Profiles are sourced independently and by applying other recruitment tools. Only suited candidate profiles will be shared to clients for selection.
We liaise with the relevant parties in the mandatory statutory registration for newly launched companies & individuals newly hired by the client. We also manage the cessation notifications to the statutory bodies.
The monthly payroll will be processed and delivered based on client’s fixed pay-out cycle.. Report template are provided to ease the client in providing essential reports to us. We ensure the payroll process is executed on a timely manner & adherence to statutory compliance is guaranteed..
We work closely with the client in identifying the current staff competency level for the job tasks performed. A two-way analysis will be conducted to determine the organization’s needs versus the staffs’ capabilities. Client may also choose to engage Infinite to source for training programmes or workshops that will benefit both organization and staff.
We interact closely with the client in understanding the current practices and how it fits into the organization’s objectives./goals. HR policies are mandatory for all companies as it governs the rules & regulations to be adhered between the company and staff. All policies designed will be in compliance with the Employment Law.
